- If a project is canceled after work has already commenced, the client will be liable for the costs associated with the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be billed on a pro-rata basis.
- Webneco Infotech reserves the right to cancel any project at its discretion if the client breaches the terms of the contract or engages in any unethical practices.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Webneco Infotech.
- We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or for any work that has been completed.
- Refunds are not available for any delays that are caused by the client, including delays in providing necessary feedback, content, or approvals.
- For our digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing packages, refunds are not available once the campaign has been initiated and the work has begun.
- Any deposit or advance payment made for a project is non-refundable as it covers the initial costs of project setup, research, and resource allocation.
