Cancellation Policy
We believe in a transparent process. Here are the terms for cancelling a project:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted formally via email to your assigned project manager. This ensures that your request is documented and can be processed effectively.
- Cancellation requests made via phone, text message, or any other informal channel will not be considered valid.
- If a project is canceled after work has already commenced, the client will be liable for the costs associated with the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be billed on a pro-rata basis.
- Webneco Infotech reserves the right to cancel any project at its discretion if the client breaches the terms of the contract or engages in any unethical practices.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Webneco Infotech.
- We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or for any work that has been completed.
- Refunds are not available for any delays that are caused by the client, including delays in providing necessary feedback, content, or approvals.
- For our digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing packages, refunds are not available once the campaign has been initiated and the work has begun.
- Any deposit or advance payment made for a project is non-refundable as it covers the initial costs of project setup, research, and resource allocation.
The clauses above apply to custom development and retainer engagements. The fixed-price products below carry their own guarantees, which override the general terms in every case of conflict.
MVP Architecture Blueprint - Delivery Guarantee
The MVP Architecture Blueprint (Lite and Pro) is sold as a fixed-price product with an explicit delivery guarantee. For these purchases specifically:
- If we fail to deliver your completed Blueprint within 7 business days of receiving your project brief, you are entitled to a full 100% refund on request. This is not discretionary and is not subject to the general refund clauses above.
- The 7 business day clock starts when you submit your completed project brief, not at the moment of payment. If we are waiting on information from you, the clock is paused for that period.
- Refunds under this guarantee are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the request.
- Once the Blueprint has been delivered within the guaranteed window, the engagement is considered complete and the general "services already rendered" clause applies. You retain full IP ownership of the delivered Blueprint in all cases, including where a refund is issued.
- Build credit: if you commission a development project with us within 60 days of Blueprint delivery, the full Blueprint fee is credited against that project's cost. The credit is applied to the first invoice, is not redeemable for cash, and does not expire once a development agreement has been signed within the 60-day window.
Fixed-Price Quick Builds - Scope and Refunds
Fixed-price quick build packages are sold against a published scope, a stated revision count, and a stated delivery window. For these purchases:
- You may cancel for a full refund at any time before work commences. Work is considered commenced when we confirm your brief in writing.
- If we fail to deliver within the stated delivery window for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund on request.
- Work requested beyond the published scope or the included revision count is quoted and billed separately, and is never applied without your written approval.
- Once delivered within the stated window, the package is considered complete and non-refundable.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
